When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address and area, along with the message you send. If you book online, your booking is handled by our booking provider under their own privacy terms.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange or discuss an appointment. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any reasonable follow up, then we delete them.
